Men
The Scriptures are rich with examples of men who loved and served God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength. We gather as men for a time of fellowship and teaching of the Word of God to train men in godliness. The current format of the ministry is that it meets for eleven months of the year on the fourth Saturday of each month. We have a good breakfast starting at 8:00 am which is prepared by the Ministry Committee. This is followed by a speaker on a chosen topic and then followed by interaction with those present.
Women
At King's Rubies, our desire is to fellowship with women of all ages and backgrounds, as well as immerse ourselves in good, solid biblical teaching revolving around an annual theme.
Our desire is to see the women of Central Baptist connect with one another, build relationships and bonds, and begin to make disciples among women, as the Scriptures tell us to do. We strive to meet at least 5 times a year, every 2 months, and invite a variety of speakers, both from the church and guests from other churches, to share God's Word with us, while enjoying food and fellowship.
Youth
Life is a ministry to teenagers in and around the central area of Bukavu. Our philosophy of ministry is discipleship where the Gospel is at the center and relationships are at the center. As such, Friday nights include small groups, games, theme nights, snacks, and topical and explanatory preaching of God's word. For life, we serve teenagers who are part of the larger body of the local church. So, as much as we can, we encourage teens to get involved in one of our Sunday services and expose them to the leaders and members of the church.
Amplify is a teen ministry. Our Friday night gatherings are centered around small groups and discipleship to form a foundation on the Gospel. We also enjoy community around snacks and games. Our philosophy of ministry is to glorify God in the spiritual development of young people so that they have and build a dynamic relationship with God and His Word, believing and non-believing friends to share God's love with them
